2) Visibility to Affluent Travelers

I provide curated visibility where affluent travelers actively plan premium stays. Where relevant, I create seasonal campaigns (summer or ski season) so your property remains visible when travelers are searching.

3) Instant, Private Introductions

When a traveler inquires, I deliver the inquiry instantly and privately to you. This allows you to call within 5 minutes—while intent is highest. You own the call, the booking, and the guest relationship from start to finish.

4) Control & Brand Protection

Everything stays owner-direct. You keep full control of your brand, rates, terms, and service standards. Confidentiality is respected at every step, and I accommodate formal NDAs when required.

5) Pay Only After the Guest’s Stay

There are no retainers and no setup fees. I invoice only after a referred guest completes their stay—our partnership is built on results, not promises.
